Samuel brings deep systems, optimization, and engineering scale experience to FlashTeams. Before founding the company, he worked at Tesla on data processing systems and led 50+ person electrode yield optimization campaigns for Cybertruck batteries. He later became the third engineering hire at Terra Supreme Battery and spent three years as a machine learning researcher at UW–Madison’s Zavala Lab, where his work in Bayesian optimization and multi-dimensional system modeling became a foundation for FlashTeams’ team-assembly and codebase-intelligence engines.
